Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas & Carriers

  • Shipping Areas: We currently only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or internationally.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed (verified, prepared, and packaged) within 1-3 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays). We carefully inspect each good and use professional packaging for moisture retention and secure cushioning to withstand the challenges of transit.
  • Shipping Transit Time: Once shipped, the estimated transit time for your package is approximately 8 to 15 business days.
  • Please Note: This “Shipping Transit Time” refers to the estimated time from when the package leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you. It does not include the initial 1-3 business days order processing time.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s official website to check the real-time location of your package.

4. Shipping Delays & Issue Resolution

  • Potential Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipments can sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our direct control, such as extreme weather, holiday peaks, customs clearance (if applicable), or carrier system issues. Your understanding is appreciated.

  • Lost or Severely Damaged Packages: If the tracking information shows no updates for an extended period (e.g., over 15 business days), or if the package/good you receive is severely damaged due to shipping, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and relevant photos/video evidence. We will be responsible for liaising with the carrier to resolve the issue for you (e.g., reshipment or refund). Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific procedures.
