We offer solutions based on the following specific scenarios:

1. Lost Package or Total Damage

  • Scenario: The shipping tracking information shows no updates for an extended period and is confirmed lost, OR the package arrives severely damaged, resulting in the good being damaged.

  • Solution: Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Provide relevant photos or video evidence. Upon verification, we will either reship a good of equivalent value free of charge or issue a full refund.

2. Good Arrives in Poor Condition (Not Due to Customer Cause)

  • Scenario: Upon receipt, the plant has serious appearance issues that are not due to improper care on your part.

  • Solution: Please provide clear photos or videos via email within 24 hours of delivery. Once we confirm it is our responsibility, you can choose:

    • (1) Exchange: We will replace it with a nice good of the same variety.

    • (2) Store Credit: Receive credit equivalent to the value for use on a future purchase.

    • (3) Refund: If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a partial or full refund.

3. Change of Mind / Incorrect Order

  • Scenario: You simply change your mind or selected the wrong variety when ordering.

  • Solution: We sincerely apologize, but due to the specific good, we cannot accept returns or refunds for subjective customer reasons. Please double-check the variety and quantity before confirming your order.
